Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council invites you to complete a membership application if you are a practitioner in a Member Discipline:
You must also be actively practicing estate planning or matters directly related to estate planning the the Tampa Bay Area
You must be sponsored by two (2) members of the Council. One member within your discipline and one member outside your discipline. A letter of recommendation must also accompany membership application.
You must remit annual membership dues.

We believe in the power of community. The Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council is made up of a diverse group of estate planning professionals in our area. Our membership consists of attorneys, fiduciaries, accountants, investment advisors, charitable giving specialists, family office executives, insurance agents, and valuation experts. As an affiliate of The National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC), we foster the multi-disciplinary approach to estate planning designed to meet the needs of clients at all stages of their lives, with an emphasis on wealth preservation and legacy. We encourage the co-operation and interaction of persons comprising the estate planning team. One of the unique strengths of the Council is that each officer is from a different discipline. This provides broader representation and adds to the dynamics of the organization. Many members of the Council serve on the board of directors of local volunteer and non-profit organizations.
