Practice Management Roundtable: Mastering First Impressions

First impressions have always been important. If your business is built on relationships, you know that a first impression could be the difference between new business or no business from a prospective client. Given the nature of first impressions—they’re made very quickly and are difficult to overcome—the challenge is knowing what you can do to improve the impression that you make.

Join us for breakfast at the Centre Club as Rob Richardson of Franklin Templeton shares the science behind first impressions and discusses strategies to foster trust and convey credibility during the critical first interactions with a client.

This Practice Management Roundtable offers strategies all advisors can use to better communicate with clients based on their instincts, anxieties and behavioral characteristics. We'll discuss information and resources to help them make favorable first impressions that can lead to lasting client relationships.

This event is for Council members and is FREE.
