Dispute Resolution and Collaborative Mediation

Probate, guardianship, and trust mediations often involve many different parties with conflicting interests, are often highly technical and deeply emotional. Sometimes, those disputes lead to litigation that can interfere with and delay administration of an estate, trust, or guardianship.

Please join us on March 20th as Attorney Rich Caskey shares his experiences and insights on dispute resolution and collaborative mediation. In our session with Rich, we will delve into the complexities of probate, guardianship, and trust mediations, shedding light on the intricate web of relationships and emotions that often come into play. We'll explore some common and uncommon Trust and Estate disputes and possible ways to avoid them.

Please make plans to join us at The Hillsborough County Bar Association on March 20th.
