This Eras Tour-inspired presentation provides practical insights for managing tax obligations after a decedent’s passing, helping attendees avoid any “bad blood” with the IRS. It covers key strategies for being “fearless” with income, estate, and gift tax planning, along with the use of disclaimers, to minimize liabilities and attract good “karma” throughout the estate administration. Attendees will learn how to “shake off” complex tax scenarios, ensuring they have the tools to fill in any “blank space” on tax forms with confidence. Like a true “mastermind,” attendees will be equipped to handle the full “labyrinth” of post-mortem tax decisions.
